Shipping & Returns


Blank Orders

Blank orders received by 12pm PST are shipped same day during normal business hours.  Turn time may vary during holiday peak season.

Standard Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or common carrier unless otherwise explicitly noted on PO.  All Fossa stocked products is FOB Fremont, California.  Please also note Fossa Apparel highly recommends any order that requires a Firm in-hands Date to ship via a “guaranteed” or expedited method.  Ground service is not a “guaranteed” service and is more subject to weather or operational delays or errors from the carrier.  Fossa Apparel shall not responsible for such delays beyond our control.

Free Ground Shipping

Free ground shipping available for certain eligible orders shipping to one location within the 48 contiguous states.  Free ground shipping NOT applicable to:
  X Blankets, masks, and discounted apparel items
  X Delivery to hotels, convention centers, trade shows and trade show warehouses via LTL
  X Special packing requests that increase box count, package dimensions, or otherwise reduce packaging efficiency

International Shipping

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the import eligibility and documentation required for customs clearance in foreign countries.  Fossa Apparel is not responsible for clearance of our products into the country of destination. All international shipments will be assessed a $38.46(d) documentation fee per address.


All blank products are shipped with 100% recycled polybags.  Decorated goods can be shipped with individual polybags for a fee.



Sample orders are orders of blank products without duplicate SKUs.  Sample orders can be returned within 30 days without restocking fee.  After 30 days, sample returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Please include the original order’s SO# or Inv# and indicate that it is a “sample return” with the return shipment.  

Non-Sample Orders

If you received incorrect or defective items on your order, please contact our customer service team so we can replace the incorrect items as quickly as possible.

Credits will be issued within reasonable time after return has been received and checked.

Note any orders shipped via Free Ground Shipping that are returned, not due to Fossa Apparel’s error, will have original shipping fees deducted from the resulting credit memo.
